With the size and scope of the TRIP Lab’s outreach program, our Outreach Manager plays a critical role — being responsible for (among other things) organizing various types of activities from school visits to community events,  for collecting and analyzing quantitative data via research, and for representing the TRIP Lab in the community.

    Kelly Koncsol Outreach Manager

    Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from UAB in 2006.  She has over 15 years of experience conducting outreach and program management in the nonprofit sector. She has worked with the type 1 diabetes community and in youth character development. She has several years of experience leading anti-bullying programs in elementary, middle, and high school settings in the Greater Birmingham area.  She enjoys working with youth in school settings and is excited about the opportunity to expand the TRIP Lab Outreach program to schools statewide.  When Kelly’s not representing the TRIP Lab, she enjoys spending time with her son, practicing yoga, and traveling.
